We have just released our 2018 Black Magic Shiraz at a dinner in Brisbane. This wine is a monster. Big fruit, big bodied and a great drink. These are now bottled under corks that have been individually checked for TCA faults to give you, our valued customer, confidence when purchasing.
Our new Pét-Nat, which is short for “pétillant naturel”, which is simply French for “naturally sparkling”. A fun, fresh and weird enough wine which has tropical fruit aromats, an off dry palate and a crisp acid finish. Serve cold.
2022 Zibbibo is a lively fresh wine with enticing tropical fruit aromats, and a dry crisp acid finish. Serve cold. We like it with Thai food.
Fortifieds – 2013 vintage Shiraz and an “Old Fashioned” Tawny style with average age of 15 years. The tawny is an unusual blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Malbec blended in our Solera system.
