White Frontignac grapes are carefully crushed to extract juice with low phenolics. The juice is then cold fermented till the alcohol is around 8-9%. Fermentation is ceased and the wine is bottled with the retained residual sugar and slight spritz from dissolved carbon dioxide produced during fermentation. Melon, musk, apricot and peach aromas and flavours are illuminated with fresh crisp acidity in this rare example of aged Moscato. Perfect as a desert wine.
