Ripe and enticing, the bouquet shows dark fruitcake, thyme, game, and roasted nut characters. The rich palate offers excellent weight and a velvety texture, complimented with grainy tannins, making it firm and brooding.  The select parcels of premium grapes were sourced from friends of Small Gully Wines.

Stainless Steel Fermented then Seasoned Oak barrel ageing.

Grapes, preservative: sulphites. Bottling may happen in a protective atmosphere.
